It was painful at the end , but Moe Hoballah got me to where we needed to be. Communication is huge and getting everyone on same page is major so last minute things don’t pop up. overall experience was good until the final closing moments where they kept on bringing up more documents to sign last minute that was rushed that we didn't know about. the Notary had to come to us 2 times and one out to Hawaii to my sister. we didn't know we needed her signature until the notary came the first time around. it seemed like our processor Heather Mathews was new and couldn't answer a lot of the question I had.

We would have liked to have known earlier on all of the documents that were required. The attorney said that the closing documents were excessive. 175 pages were about 75 too many with a lot of duplicates.
