Closing was problematic. Make sure New American double and triple check all sources for closing are correct, don't rely on some else to notify you that amounts changed.

I appreciated that even though the underwriting team and processor were very hard to work with, Joseph continued to reach out to me to keep me updated of where we were in the process. I was not impressed with Kimberly at all. I feel her customer service was terrible

I think the communication could have been better. Tabitha was great she helped us in the process. I am giving this rating due to her assistant Kristin Hardaway who never returned phone calls (or just ignored our calls) when we had questions. She would only communicate through email but sometimes a phone conversation was needed which she failed to accommodate each time. Overall, the approval process was quick. Thank you Tabitha
