Kylie was not easy to work with we got little no response until late in the evening or the following day. Also employment verification they called my husband's work and got confirmation 3 times and said they never received confirmation.

The thing that was great to me was the officer made sure I was kept in the loop as far as what was required to get a loan approval. In each step he/she specifically informed me when something was needed to keep me in the loop. The timliness with the underwiter was to the point and I was happy that the loan officers communicated with one another when more documents were required. Thankyou, Sincerely R. D. McCauley
