Joe was good. Ashley the underwriter coordinator was not so good. She never answered her phone, didn't return phone calls. She missed a fairly important detail regarding an addendum that resulted in me not getting full credit from the sellers. There were several financial items she asked for multiple times. She was not clear in stating what it was she needed to show on certain details, confusing, and again because she would not communicate via phone, it took longer to resolve. We barely completed in time for closing.
