The whole purchase process was irritating. The underwriting company (not the loan company) required too many financial changes and made me feel like I was being dishonest with them.

My only concern was I’m not sure if your people communicated with each other especially on documents sent. To much redundant stuff asked for. Also communicating could be better not everyone getting a mortgage is able to access email all day. A text or voice with a proper heads up on the info you need would be quite helpful. Your people are also a little condescending by my experience

Patience and understanding. I know you and your staff are doing the best you can do to ensure you are able to secure the best loan possible but you and your staff do this work everyday and might become frustrated with the customer not providing timely responses so they can complete their duties as quickly and timely as possible. The repeated request for information, that we stated we didn’t have or know how to obtain, created frustration for me, the customer and your staff. A little more patience, and understanding that what you are asking may not be clear to customer and without customer your organization has no business. If I, customer, am satisfied with service I received, I am going to refer others to you. I would suggest trying to be more patient with your customers and speak with an earnest tone that is always supportive of your guests/client. A little compassion and understanding goes a long way. Selling a home with memories (good and bad) and buying home (moving to the unfamiliar) is very emotional and might be bittersweet and challenging for your customers to process. Thank you for working through these bumps in the process and making it possible for us to meet our goal of moving closer to our family. We couldn’t have done it without you and your Team.
