It dragged out forever...even the appraiser couldn't understand why she was being asked to come back 3x. Nothing changed, why couldn't they have asked for everything all at once. It cost me $600 for a second appraisal because ti took so long.

Once agreed upon the process went pretty smoothly. Even though the representatives were in the other side of the country, they were pretty accessible. The closing process went faster than expected and the money was available when they said it would be.
