The only thing that we ran into was working with so many agents on the Fairway side that often times it felt some work was duplicated and communications had to be repeated. I can't say it wasn't some of our fault though because we complicated things with going into one offer on a home and dropping out due to complications with an added Solar Panel Loan that was suppose to be included in the home purchase. Each Agent was absolutely amazing once things switched hands, but it seemed things switched hands much too often.

Mike BON very good and supportive. The underwriter / processor Daniel dieterich would not call us for whatever reason. . Only emails and texts. I think an initial call to discuss / a**** our financial situation would have helped all of us moving forward. Then a second conference call to continue the process. An afternoon email every afternoon listing more info needed was creating a slow and overwhelming process. Mike continued to support us. Daniel would not call to help but once. That phone call was a much better way to communicate with us. We are excited to have our loan barely in time to close on time. However, IT’s DONE. THANK YOU!!! We are exhausted.

Information was requested for the loan approval. Once sent, I didn't receive a response for 2-3 days, and then it was asking for additional information. I don't understand why there is not a standard list of documents that are needed for an approval. Secondly, I was told that we could split the monthly payment by paying every 2 weeks, rather than once per month. My account on the website is not letting me make those adjustments.

Debra Malcolm was fine but the process was rushed and hectic at times. I visited my bank for various statements and signatures 3 times in one day. I had very little understanding of the $15,000 closing costs until the real estate attorney explained them to us as we were signing contracts. The numbers on the disclosure were hard to keep track of as well. Debra probably did her best, but providing first time homebuyers with an explanation of each contract/document we signed would have been helpful. At times I signed documents with minimal understanding, which is daunting and usually ill-advised. Debra recommended an excellent real estate agent.

This was the 3rd deal I have done with you guys. The first to were great this one could have been better. Not saying it was terrible, but the communication could have been better. I understand your probably short staffed and overloaded like the rest of the world.
