Not loosing my contract on the 1st go around might have led to a better servay. Was promised a $300 gift card for my troubles. And when we were asked to provide info, we sent it immediately and took 2 to 3 weeks to get a reply. Communication on the end of this loan was absolutely nerve-wracking

Kelley is a lovely, helpful person. However the process was a mess by the time we got to the step involving the title company. Some part of this was my complex situation. Kelley worked diligently with me to get through that during application. However, it took several iterations over a few months. When it came time to finish executing, when the entire end-to-end team was involved, there were myriad problems. We got to closing & through it... but it was uncertain whether it would happen up until an hour before, and it required cleanup on the backend. It was stressful & awful & utterly time consuming. I don't have visibility into the process. I know Kelley is a great person & everyone I interacted with was nice. But that couldn't negate the rest of the experience. My ratings on this survey are higher than I would otherwise give if it wasn't Kelley.

My overall experience with the loan process was positive. While there were some bumps in the road, the team was professional, communicative, and worked diligently to ensure everything worked out smoothly in the end.
