Lee was very knowledgeable and provided helpful insights though communication was a bit lacking. There were several occasions when we had to follow up multiple times before receiving a response. We shopped around and even considered other funding options during this period. Considering the high interest rate we started with and the volatility of the rate, constant monitoring of the rate and fixing it at a low rate was very critical for us. We felt like we did not receive sufficient support and had to advocate for ourselves on many occasions. Even after locking in the rate, the write-up process was slow and inefficient. We understand it could be a busy time for the firm and certain processes take time, though we would have appreciated regular communication of the process to know that we have not been forgotten.
