thank you, overall the experience was good, I do want to explain why I did not give an excellent ratin. Durin our refi process we asked if we would have to pay for a credit report , and the answer was "No", we also asked and requested to pay our closing cost out of pocke- that was never followed up on. it seemed as if once the process was close to being finalized our wishes and expectactions were not met. I also requested from Mr. Suliman and Mrs. Murphy , a copy of our title report , but never heard back. I finally had to call in to request that from Alberto Barajas. Thank you. i hope this helps provide some feedback on how future customers should be treated. I do want to say that Abby Sulliman was respectful and professional while he was getting our business. I didn't say it was not memorable. I heard from Heith maybe 3 times via email and spoke to him twice?? His associate, Shamarie was fabulous. I think my closing costs changed twice to the tune of first 3000 then almost 5000 difference.

Hard to reach people and get clear answers. this was my first time buying a house i don't know if its it's normal to wait days for responses but it was very frustrating how ever I do realize i was not there only client they were working with so I understand . i I stil appreciate the woro they put in especially Katy has been working with me on this for over a year .
