GREG TANNER - I cannot say enough about this man. He is honest and forthcoming. He is knowledgeable and does not waste your time. He tells you the best option for you but goes over every option for you to choose. He connects you with the right people and takes ALL THE STRESS off of these decisions. He helped me 10 years ago and still helping today. I will forever go through Greg and refer everyone I meet that is wanting to do the same thing to him.

I think it was just how far away from Pearland we are. It was difficult to keep communication clear. There were also some things that made closing drag a bit. I know there were a lot of issues on the seller’s end, so maybe this is unfair to include.

Everything went smoothly. My concern was most of the process was impersonal and a flurry of paperwork, signing online, etc. without personal updates. It would have been nice to have a few check-in calls to review what was happening. The calls I had were initiated by me. Also I had to sign some docs the last day with (alas!) another portal called Snapdoc, then got charged $45 in the closing charges for doing that.
