What made it great was me being assured that I would get through the process. The process was fine. I just believe your IRS approval process for tax forms needs to be improved. I believe we had to settle for a refinance that we didn't need becasue of the approval process but over all the level of service from Nicholas and Jacqueline were great. Thank you.
