Your ads indicate we could have a heloc instead of a loan so that felt a bit deceptive to be forced to do a loan. We preferred a heloc. The mistakes of the loan processor Shawn on the closing docs and the checks were an issue as well. Overall the process was fine but could have been better.

in house communication was terrible. I had to contact all partys weekly to make sure the loan kept moving. The way you calculate your loans after appraisal is also terrible. Even your property assesors don't have confidence in their assesment and that still only counts in the banks favor. You are a big bank who doesn't actually care about your customers, that was exactly how this loan process felt. Pete is the only reason we stayed with NAF.
