Would have preferred more communication on exactly when i should expect a lock as my rate had not been locked 5 days prior to closing. Would have liked to known that prior to going into the process.

So Dustin’s responsiveness was great at the tail end. And I appreciate him and his teams effort to make something work. I am disappointed overall. Initially Dustin quoted a 3.0% interest rate. I did keep messaging him for a few weeks to get the rate lock in place. He assured me that it would be fine. And he had it covered. Flash forward 3 weeks, and his underwriters run my credit two additional times unnecessarily, outside of the single inquiry timeline, only to be too late to capture the 3.0%:
