There were what appeared to to be some internal communication issues. However, we were able to work through those issues and was able to find a positive result. Expectations were clear from both sides. All I will add is that as the consumer you should stay on top of the expectation and reach out to you loan officer so there are no misunderstandings and you are clear of what to expect as you move through the process. Michael was good at being clear of what comes next in the process.

Dan provided numerous options and outcomes. We had all of the information we needed to make a decision. We also knew that Dan had our best interest in mind.

Upon receiving a letter from Paramount Equity I spoke to Anthony Ciccati. He spoke very smooth about how he could help us refinance our home. Like most people I was hesitant so not only did I researched Paramount Equity but Anthony himself. Reviews for Paramount were so and so but for Anthony, I could not find one bad thing. So I called Anthony and spoke to him about how I was hesitant but by the end of our conversation I decided to give Anthony a chance. Boy am I glad I did. He always answered his phone when I called. He always answered my questions. He was quick in getting the paperwork to us and pushing it to the next step. And he always updated us with the status of the loan. All was done in less than 3 weeks. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone and would do business with him again.

He was slow to return email, calls and text. At times I felt like I was bothering him. but in the end he came through with a smile on his face and our loan papers in hand.

Greg was helpful during a very stressful process. We struggled with liens, income issues, a lack of savings and many other issues all why I was starting a new job and living away from my family. These where trying times but Greg fought hard and we finally got the loan for the house we wanted.
