Mostly an easy process. There were a couple things (like receiving documents to sign that were not necessary and being asked to back date some docs in order to close on time). But overall, a good experience.

You made it happen even earlier than the planned closing date. You were flexible and had a can do attitude. Your staff was very courteous. While there were a few errors (e.g. wrong appraisal fees charged and a few of the same requests from different people), we felt that the overall experience met our needs.
