I received an inaccurate estimated caused by an error in numbers being switch around. This error appeared to be an oversight error. I was really disappointed with the inaccurate estimate. I expected that as professionals, you should provide an accurate estimate. I understand that the estimate can be off. However, in my case the estimate wasn't even close. My cash to borrower estimate went from $4300 to $2900 because of this error in oversight. Because of this, I wasn't pleased with your service.
