Ihave done loans before and the only problem I see is their paperwork going from step to step. Get all the paperwork you need done up front and then move on. This did not happen. we wasted a good two months on paper work that should been completed in the loan. The two loan I was turned down on had a better system by having all the needed papers to each section done up front. Several times I asked the loan coordinater where we were on the loan and then I would get a reply.

Being the first home we purchased, everything went well. A few bumps on the road but overall very happy with how everything came out. Ivory did a great job communicating with me and if anything was needed she would let me know right away.

Steve did what he could. He was good The process took over nine months. Many times I would ask Steve a question and he would have to call me back, the connection between Steve and the underwriting team seamed distant. I was asked for the same information many times over. I would respond that the info was already given and look through the records. Happy with Steve. Unhappy with everyone else involved
