I thought that doing everything via email was very impersonal. We did not me Darren until closing. Doing things like this I feel should be more personal.

We applied for a loan in September but the agent left the job and the deal fell through just before closing. Bruce called me in January and when I explained the situation, I was told that I wouldn't have to pay for another appraisal because they already had one on file from a few months ago. Not only did they order another appraisal but I didnt learn about it until the appraiser called me the night before. Bruce told me I wouldn't have to pay for it but we noticed on our docs that we paid for it
