The paperwork we received prior to final closing was very confusing. The numbers never added up. reason given was that new regulations caused confusion and paperwork changes were new to New american. In future it would be better for all concerned to have paperwork which is easily understood. This may have not been Elizabeth's fault but she had to bear the brunt of the confusion. All other aspects of the process were great.

Agent need to establish a little more patient when explaining what's required throughout the closing process. Agent became very frustrated as if she was trying to purchase the house. I felt like I needed to apologize to her because of the level of frustration she portrayed throughout the entire process.
