Melanie did her best with a REALLY difficult situation. Our loan was difficult, and she had her own personal things. However, a ton of the issues we had could have been less problematic if Heather (an assistant early in our process) had been more communicative and paid attention to detail. Additionally, I would have liked a lot more updates on cost. Our monthly costs steadily rose but we didn't hear the correct number until it was way too late to back out (the monthly cost is a lot more than expected). And when we started the process we were told "$200 max" for closing costs and we paid almost $700 (also last minute and unexpectedly) Either way, Melanie was a joy to work with. She was friendly and knew how to explain things in a way we understood. She was very reachable too.

Appreciate everything and our agent tommy. Kinda wished there wasn’t more communicated between crystal and Jaime when crystal was out. Sometimes would have to catch up one or the other. Other than that everything went well!
