My experience with Rochelle was good, but there were several set backs that made the process frustrating at times. I believe that there were several issues with the lender and underwriting that made the process more difficult.

Every other day it was a document that needed to be signed or additional documentation was required. We were one document at a time instead of this is what is required. We submitted duplicate and triplicate documentation on some instances.
