Nancy was great and very quick to get me answers to my questions. The part I felt needed work was I was communicating with Nancy and submitted all my forms to her. Then all of a sudden another lady emailed me about the loan and had said she was working with Nancy and included her in the email she began to ask me for all the forms I had already submitted. It felt like i wasn't sure who was in charge of the loan. Then i was asked for the same information multiple times which became frustrating

Actually my experience was just ok because of the appraisal and the amount of cash we received --a difference of $25,000 in the appraisal was just not understandable--
