Need for the under writer to give ample time before closing to accuire "last munute" documents. Also process timing needs to be more acurate. I feel this experienve was not as great as it was supposed to be as closing was delayed three days. I took time off for the closing and did not close. Wife lost three days wiyh no pay. So if you say close date is on a certain day you should stick it. We the clients have to make arrangenents on closing date and do not always have liberty to take time off.

Chris answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. We got a great rate with Chris's help too. He gave both the conventional loan amount and the VA loan amount giving us the opportunity to get the best monthly payment for our mortgage.

Jesse did a great walking us through the process initially. We felt confident that we knew what we had to do. Admittedly, as we got closer to closing, communication got more convoluted when we got Erika the senior processor involved. Not necessarily that it was all her fault, but we were not clear about what was needed to close on time and it was a pretty stressful push the last few days. It got better though and Jesse is a valuable asset to your company!

Our loan processor was terrible and repeatedly dropped the ball abd did not return phone calls or emails, resulting in us missing our closing date
