It would have been perfect if there was a bit more communication. I reached out to Jennifer and Nadeem for some reassurance at one time with no repose. So I assumed the worse and almost went with another company. But I persevered, it came together.

Anthony understood the process and benefits of my existing circumstances on my house. He was prompt and responsive especially over the phone when you could reach him although a couple of surprises startled me that could have been avoided hopefully he has learned from our experience together as client and refinance loan officer. He does return your phone calls in a timely manner. Instead of 'GREAT' there should be one category just below to check as I am a hard grader!
