Everyone we worked with was super nice. My only complaint was that we were given different information along the way which was quite confusing. But its a confusing process and everyone did an awesome job to make it go quickly.

Cheri was very responsive when I called or emailed.She took the time to explain each step in my loan process. I would only like to suggest that the last minute job verification be changed...I had to run to get my boss confirm I still worked...which was very embarrassing because it was end day ...boss was leaving and I had to stop her explain that I was refinancing my home and I need her to help...Tjis was not a good experience...

The experience was good. Patrick was good at explaining the details. The part we had trouble with was the inter office communication. It seemed as the loan developed the next office asked the same info or documents already provided. Overall the experience was good.
