Courtney was great. He answered many questions and gave me great support right away….. however, his team I felt was less organized and unable to keep up with demand. They changed loan officers one week prior to closing and that person also seemed incapable. But Courtney,alone, was great.

Mr. Alberson was extremely helpful and patient as we went through the refinancing process, He tried to explain things to me but apparently I did not understand completely and was very disappointed that a bill I had thought was to be included in the payoff was not included. I would recommend him to another prospective client with the rejoinder that that person be careful to consider everything carefully before signing off on the process.

Corey's communication was superb. Everything with him was painless. The only thing we ran into trouble with was receiving communication from Summer. There were a lot of days where we didn't know what was going on. Other than that the experience was top notch.
