Jesse was very knowledgeable regarding the whole process. He also provided me with new caveats of information that I wasn't aware of. With all of that being said, I was content with the overall interaction. We hit a few snags during the middle portion of the process, but we ended it well and through communication I think we both understood where we both were coming from..

Jesse was great with communicating the only issue I had was the communication with the processors under him not communicating with me until it was very late to get information to them.

Apparently New American Funding was acting as a middle man between the borrower and the lender. As such there was a lot of back and forth, a lot of information requests and dropped information. It also took considerably longer than expected.
