I was working with another mortgage specialist when I began the process with New American and out of nowhere that person seemingly dropped off the face of the earth with no warning and no communication. I was never notified that I was assigned a new specialist and never received communication from my new specialist that they were taking over my account. I would have appreciated being notified that my account was being handled by a different person.

I would have liked better communication via email or phone in regards to my questions asked. When I got to the closing table it was a bit disappointing that I could not add my partner to the deed as previously discussed o was told that it is possible and when I reached out again closer to closing I did not receive a response. I felt like I did not receive this response because it was close to closing on our home and it would force my hand to close with out adding my partner to the deed

Noah was friendly and professional. Overall did a great job. Unfortunately the underwriting for my purchase transaction was not up to par. Even after extending the close of escrow a week they added a huge condition to our purchase the last 72 hours before closing that could have been addressed within the 1st 30 days of processing.
