We were informed that we needed to have a couple of our credit accounts paid off by New American Funding as a condition of the loan. This was fine with us as we were going to pay them off anyway. However, when the loan was funded New American Funding did not pay off those loans. We received the full cash out that we expected and will pay those accounts ourselves. Otherwise it was an excellent experience and I would recommend New American Funding to anyone looking to refinance their home.
