I had an immense amount of questions concerning disclosures and documents that I was signing and what they meant. I was told they are required, which I get, but only a few documents were explained in detail. Overall, my experience was good but it may have been better with face to face interactions which in our situation wasn’t really possible.

Closing was very delayed several times. This put a toll on my moving plans from my rental and cost me more money. The closing and underwriting process was rather unpleasant.
