Your team worked hard and completed everything on time. The 4 star review is a little unfair as I have nothing to compare the experience too. I thought there were instances in the process that were too close to the deadline to be comfortable. That might just be the way these processes work. Nevertheless, the apps and loan was completed on time, which is all that matters. Thanks for everything

Joe (and Brenda) were great. But the funder they used was obtuse, inhuman and tactless. It was obvious that the funder's concern was not with me but with their ability to assemble a hyperbolic loan that they can quickly bundle and sell to the highest bidder. Even though I had real estate equity eight times (yes, 8!) the value of the loan, and an enviable yearly income, I was treated with demeaning regard and unreal nitpicking. Anyhow I repeat, Joe Cucciara and his assistant Brenda were great.
