NAF has always been able to accommodate my refis or eloc, the only complaint I have is how my funds were transferred to my bank account, I received a check for the full amount which was then deposited into my account, I was under the impression that I was going to receive a debit/credit card to access the funds as I need them, I did request check from the lender for that purpose, but I am overall satisfied with the outcome, thank you.
