Ray Roshan is nice. At beginning, he was very nice, and help us get into house as soon as he can. But at last stage, we dont hear anything from our loan about more than a week. I emailed him ask if they need more paperwork or documents, he said everything is fine and clearly. But at 3 days prior our closing day, he kept asking for more documents, and those documents I asked him before, he told me do not need . I think there are problems between each department communication.

Hector took over for Chris Porter. Did not have much contact with Hector As for Chris and Tanya there was a lot of interaction. I don't feel I can really rate Hector.
