Communication was very good up until the Friday before Labor Day. We heard nothing from Heather Moss who was our contact. My husband called several times and he should have received a call back. He also called Heather Petrillo and she called back and informed us that they was something going on with underwriting. Someone should have at least picked up the phone and let us know what was going on as we were in the dark as to whether closing was still on track. It was very frustrating not knowing what was happening and no communication!

Communication between lender / recorder and seller is marginal. Seller/ Lender did not communicate well with Real State Representative / Broker. Requested additional name to the property was not followed during recording.
