My first VA loan with New American was highly professionally processed, and completed in a timely manner. The Representative who processed my loan knew his business. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the same experience with my current VA loan. There was definitely a lack of communications with the loan support team. I got the impression that they were unfamiliar with processing a VA Loan application, and were over their heads. I was not impressed with the loan support team, to say the less.

ALL IN ALL WAS A GOOD JOB BUY CHRIS. WE HAD A FEW DOWN TIMES BUT EVERYTHING WORKED OUT IN THE END . I THINK. NOT OVER YET BUT HAVE BEEN ASSURED THAT EVERYTHING IS GOOD. DO NOT TRUST TOO MANY PEOPLE WITH THINGS AS IMPORTANT AS THIS IS. FAIRLY GOOD JOB. NOT MANY PEOPLE GET 5 STARS FOR THIER WORK.I AM THE ONLY ONE I CAN THINK OF OFF HAND. THANKS CHRIS. DO NOT BELIEVE IN SOCIAL MEDIA, TO OLD I GUESS.
