Mr. Maiale was great- made it easy and look simple. But once it moved out of his hand to the others- it was a slow process with me needing to ask for updates. Also, Not knowing when exactly or approximately it will close- didn't make it feel good. Overall a good deal a 4 to 4.5 star job but not the best compared to the previous mortgage as well as a refinance experience I have had in the past.

It would have been better if I did not need to provide the best rates and fees for them during the process. I shopped around for rates and they were not the best. I supplied them with rates and fees that they then said that they could match or beat.
