Overall good experience. The only feedback I would give is to maybe have clearer expectations of what to expect through the mortgage process. I would have loved to have set touch points in the process where I could expect to be contacted by someone working on our file. Some of the communication felt random at times (to me) and I think this simple change could make the experience even better than it was. Again, thanks for everything Candi!

The experience itself was frustrating and caused some anxiety . In the end I got keys to my home. Deb was patient and explained the process thoroughly to ensure I understood eveything since i was a 1st time home buyer. She didn't expect me to understand the verbage and legalities she made herself available for questions and provided the answers I needed to make sure I was making an informed decision.

Candi Lopez was very attentive and had a good personality. I probably should have gone to another lender - the loan origination fee was outrageous and I am confident I could have gotten a lower interest rate. For those two reasons, I would probably recommend that friend's and family shop around.
