Mekka and Heather were a great team to get us refinanced with our home loan. We will definitely tell friends and family about New American funding. What a great experience it has been. It was great at the start as far as the quick responses and worksheets they he sent out. The further we got in to our loan application the less he was available. Not sure what was the cause but it was also hard to know who to communicate with when more people were added to the application process. I still had a good experience, it was just confusing at times.

We have used Craig and his team previously and they were great! This time they were good. I say that because we had to resubmit duplicate documents a time or two. Other than that, Craig was great and very responsive.

The finish was great. Requested loan terms were met and closing process smooth. However, it took over 6 months to get to that point from start to finish. Pre-process became extremely annoying. If you get a rough start at least you finish well. Let's hope the second loan goes a little quicker.
