Deb Higgins was very helpful in getting our mortgage secured. She helped guide us through our credit building process and was very instrumental in helping us through the Veterans Administration loan requirements. As first-time home buyers, my husband and Ireally didn't have any clue about this process but Tammie helped us every step of the way. The homeowners insurance quote we got was very high and rather than not saying anything, Tammie recommended another insurance broker who got us a much lower rate!
