Our loan was successfully granted which was great. We had some unfavorable situations that came about on our end, which did create added headaches for sure. However, some seem very stressed out in that office and that was abundantly clear during conversations. There were times you felt burdensome calling in. While they all worked very hard and successfully completed the loan, you could tell on the phone the frustration level at any given moment.
