The underwriter was not as communicative as we would have hoped for and could have been clearer in request made. However; Mr. Merren was much more responsive and very helpful with any questions that came up.

In a fast-moving market, we appreciated the prompt and solid qualification letter to move forward in providing an offer on a home.
