This is my first time buying a home, I have nothing to compare it to. In my line of work we have a saying, “Always over deliver and under promise. Never over promise and under deliver”. This is not to say Julie didn’t deliver. She was most helpful in this process. One other thing, I would make it a point to very clear of the needed paper trail for funds that are a gifts, or come from the sale of a car. I had know idea of the three thing need to prove I owned a car or what it was worth.

The process was easy for the most part. When we got a problem because they will occur Leslie took the time out of her day to personally give me a call and assured me she would fix the problem and proceed with our paper work.
