John Skaggs provided very good service during the reverse loan process. However, there were prob with the vendors starting with the appraiser. The appraiser's value and measuring of home were not consistent with appraisals prev done. A delay of two weeks in the loan process to correct. The attorney over the sign of the loan docs did not properly sign the docs on his end. Another two weeks delay. Sev forms were not in the package another week delay. Counsel two weeks delay. 2 mnths closing delay!
