Ray was prompt in responding to messages and/or voice mail. He answered our questions, and stuck with us while we fixed issues on our end. He contacted us and helped us restart the process promptly. Communication got a little thin at the end of the process, when we were stressing out the most.

It could just be me, but it was very overwhelming and I did not feel like it had to be that way. My wife is an underwriter in a different sector and agrees. I have absolutely no idea what would make the process better in the future, and hopefully you are encouraged as I am by the old cliche “sometimes you win, sometimes you learn”.
