Shane Gilmore and his team were very helpful. When my Wife and I were introduced to New American Funding and Shane we were treated with a lot of respect, Shane and New American Funding took the time to explain the loan process to my wife and I alone with new home buyer’s benefits that were able to make it possible to us to purchase our first home. Shane also stayed in touch with us and assisted us with the refinance process six months after we purchased the house to help us lower our monthly mortgage helping us to save more money. Thank you.

I gotta say if I am being honest I have had my fair share of frustrations and struggles during this process in achieve a goal (on buying a house) there were times when I felt like giving up or not feeling I was capable of such a task with the questions and paperwork needed. But this company/lender really made it so that I could shine (and from what I see they do just that) I would say they have my blessing in recommendation.
