Huyen was very pleasant and helpful. With the exception of a change in staff which caused a small delay i was very pleased! Jason and Huyen picked up the ball and charged forward! Great experience. BUT I was some what disappointed that i fell through the cracks until i contacted the team for a status update. OVERALL IT WAS A PLEASURABLE EXPEIENCE!
