Terrible customer service from staff, repeated phone tags with no explanation of anything until we refuse to go further without info. Nobody returns phone calls..unacceptable! Software issues that these folks don't seem to realize. Aaron is great but the staff customer service is horrible.

I've always had a positive experience with NAF. It has been smooth. My only problem with this last refinance was unmet expectations on the length of time it would take to complete. We started the process at the end of August and didn't get the loan funded until the first of November. We understood it would take 3-4 weeks. Not over two months. And, I found myself digging through emails to find contact information to follow-up repeatedly. Other than that, it was an easy process.

By and large the whole process went reasonably smoothly. The requirements for documentation details are a little demeaning. Some of it made no sense. My only real complaint, though, was after the loan went through and the only way to get any answers to questions was by going straight to Joe. The others just blew me off.
