I could not open efile with emails that was frustrating for her n us. We were signing papers all the time. However she did come to r house to pick up papers so it could be expedited quicker.

Dylan was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The only issue that concerned me was that we didn't get our final numbers on the mortgage until the day before closing. Therefore, we had no time to decide if we wanted to apply points to the interest or down payment. We never received a follow up call to discuss our final numbers either, just a pdf with a bunch of figures.
