I don't think it was the fault of any people associated with the company. Distance and the impersonal nature of an e-document signing made for several stressful moments that we didn't have when buying our other homes. We weren't able to ask questions that needed clarification, so sometimes we held off on signing, which I'm sure was frustrating for everyone. But since we had never met any of the maybe 6-7 people we received emails or calls from, we wanted to make sure everything was legit.
