There were some communication issues. Finding out I wasn't included on the loan app until less than 2 weeks prior to closing was a concern. I didn't understand how our debt to credit ratios were so skewed particularly with about $150K income and full debt load of about $2500/mo including the loan. I understood my spouse income history was choppy...why I wanted my steady income included. It now makes sense that I had to go thru so many hoops. Kristina Miller rocked. We closed. All good.

Communication was excellent. He was always available for questions and advice. The only hiccup in the process was the disconnect between Sammy and the processor. He gave us a date for a couple things that the processor was not aware of and didn't meet.
