My situation was dire as my previous lender dropped out last minute and the team was able to step in and help get us across the Finish line. It was not without its challenges for example It took a very long time to hear back from the underwriter, the exact documents required were not clear and were asked for in an immediate manner but we were able to get the funding in time.
