Scott was great. All our interactions with him personally were positive. It was more the process, and being passed onto numerous other people who we had no rapport. It felt very disjointed as far as the communication went. We received many congratulatory emails and a card well before the deal was done. All that being said, Scott brought it all home for us and it was a success. I just didn't like having to continue to jump through hoops well after we had to release all our contingencies.
