I'm forever thankful for Kenol and his awesome staff. They worked with me throughout this entire process and I'm grateful. While the communication on both ends could've been better, we had an awesome time getting to the closing table. If you're looking for a lender that's going to give you the best, I recommend Kenol and his team. Make sure you keep your line of communication open and don't be afraid to ask questions. He has a wealth of knowledge and his passion succeeded my expectations.

My first meeting with Jennifer was to sign some documents. The business was closed when I arrived for my appointment. When Jennifer did make it back to the office, I was given a perfunctory apology about a colleague’s birthday. The docs were signed in the lobby. Not too professional. In truth, I never felt my business mattered with Jennifer. With Kelly, very different. Maybe it’s just me....
