Open communication, I felt I had to follow up a lot to know what's happening. I understand I'm not the only client but I think communication could have been better and explanation too. Overall Jamie was phenomenal I appreciate her truly as she broke down a lot of information for me.

Well the experience wasn’t bad. It was just that everytime we tried to email we always got an out of office message. Other than that it was good. Just made us nervous when we would reply to an email right away with necessary information and we would immediately get an out of office email.

Lot of confusion. Too many emails and different people calling for different things. Better to have one portal to upload everything versus chuncks over time. One portal to see status and check things. Didn't seem the team communicated to each other efficiently and there was redundancy.
